Frequently Asked Questions - UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Shipping and Delivery
Works are shipped carefully wrapped and boxed or packaged within 48 hours. Please advise of any special requests regarding gifts or enclosures on the contact form at checkout, or message us via the Contact Form to discuss. 

Returns
Art should forge an intimate relationship with the collector and it is important to us the work resonates with you. If after 30 days you find you would like a different piece or it does not suit your space, please contact us to discuss an alternative or return.  If it is in perfect condition we will accept the return as long as you cover return delivery and insurance. 

Refunds or credits are always offered if an item arrives in damaged. Please take clear photos of the damage to assist with our insurance and refund process. 

Studio Visits & Collection
If you would like to collect your purchase from the studio at Karana Downs in Brisbane's outer western suburbs, please enter the Code STUDIOCOLLECTION at checkout.

Purchasing and Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Our main website is hosted by Wordpress and this linked store by BigCartel.   Payments are processed by STRIPE which has high levels of security on all transactions. SSL adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout. Full privacy and data details HERE. 

If you prefer, reach out and we can arrange payment via Paypal or Direct Debit ( It is just not integrated on our site yet).  Invoices are also available.  Pieces  purchased for display in comercial or professional offices or work spaces are eligible deductions for tax purposes in Australia (though please confirm with your accountant).
